At Natastic Beauty, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide exceptional salon experiences and high-quality haircare products.
Salon Appointments
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your appointment and are applied toward your final balance.
If the salon must cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to a future booking.
Product Exchanges
We’re happy to accommodate exchange requests for eligible products.
To request an exchange:

If chat support is unavailable, please leave a message. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Before any exchange or replacement is processed, all returned items must pass quality control.
We cannot accept exchanges for products that have been opened, used, washed, or altered in any way.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.
Abandoned or refused packages will not be refunded.
